We are Analog Semi
Analog Semiconductor Corporation (ASC) provides small-to-medium-cap high-tech companies on both sides of the Pacific Rim with capital and cross-border expertise to help them expand through a combination of joint ventures, M&A, and restructuring -- resulting in enhanced returns to investors.
ASC is a cross-border semiconductor holding company, with two subsidiaries: (1) AnalogSemi Inc., an Analog IC Design Company focusing on power management IC, Wireless Charger, Quick Charger, and AC-DC products with proprietary HV BCD technology; and (2)iPower Semiconductor, an innovative Power Semiconductor company focusing on the next generation IGBT and advanced MOSFET technology development. ASC has also established an M&A platform, including global semiconductor deal structural evaluation and negotiation of the divestiture of BU or privatization of listed companies. ASC management team has access and relationships with board members and executive members of many companies in the United States, Europe, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, and Israel.
ASC has an extensive pool of management-partners that were former C-level executives or current board members at several listed semiconductor companies. These Executive-in-Residence (EIR) serve as advisors and ready for appointment to manage portfolio companies after acquisition or investment. ASC has formed strategic partnerships with several corporate partners in the United States, Europe, Japan, Taiwan, and China, to do joint investment or buyout-takeover of M&A deals.
In addition, ASC manages semiconductor investment for Visionmax Fund, a $700 million USD private equity fund. Visionmax, with offices in Jeddah, Riyah, Silicon Valley, and Shenzhen, is funded by major Sovereign Wealth Funds from several Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, such as Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF). ASC work together with Visionmax and other affiliated PE Funds to facilitate cross-border M&A with funding and provide management expertise with support to ensure transactions are completed successfully.
